Yǎn gāo shǒu dī

指著苛求他人,自己動手的時候卻不高明.

Zhǐ zhe kēqiú tārén, zìjǐ dòngshǒu de shíhou què bù gāomíng.

pointing to the commander [one who ask high demands to someone],

meanwhile when he do something, he can not do it very well.
